Do I need an appointment?
No. No appointment is necessary for a smog check, and appointments are available on request if you prefer a set time.
What does the smog check cost?
$46.75 with the coupon for 2000 and newer cars and light trucks. That is the cash price, plus the $8.25 certificate. Vehicles from 1999 and older add $10. Pass, or get a free retest within 30 days.
What does STAR certified mean?
STAR stations meet higher state standards and can test vehicles the DMV directs to a STAR station, including gross polluters. We are a STAR test and repair center, so we can also repair what fails.
What if my car fails?
We diagnose and repair in-house, then retest. Repairs done in our shop come with a free retest, except RVs.
Do you smog diesels?
Yes. Diesel smog checks are one of the regular services here.
I just moved from out of state. Can you help?
Yes. We do smog checks for out-of-state vehicles and registration inspections.
